I have also had my Sprint BBD for a while, and just recently, I have also felt that the service was a bit unstable. I was signed off of AOL AIM repeatedly, so I called Sprint BBD (1-888-996-0001). The tech wasn't the brightest crayon, and did what ever he could, to no avail. I decided that the service was probably going south, so I went to sleep. The next day, all was better, and my connection was faster! Just leave your connection along, it will fix itself. I do hope that Sprint doesn't shut down their Sprint Broadband Direct service, it has given more speed than I have ever experienced. It has been relatively reliable, and has gotten faster and better. On the other hand, DSL is now in my area. I might change my mind
