Nothing will happened except having back your default PAP2 settings.
After I learned about provisioning features, I though how helpfull it was. Now, I can't leave without using provisioning features of my unlocked PAP2.
I spent 3 full days creating, testing, and retypeing the xml file. With that, we won't need to use regular factory reset at all, unless you are trying to unlock a PAP2.

The xml file includes the following very important parts as
<Enable_Web_Server ua="na">Yes</Enable_Web_Server>
<Web_Server_Port ua="na">80</Web_Server_Port>
<Enable_Web_Admin_Access ua="na">Yes</Enable_Web_Admin_Access>
<Admin_Passwd ua="na" />
<User_Password ua="na" />
<Provision_Enable ua="na">No</Provision_Enable>
<Profile_Rule ua="na" />
That means after doing PSEUDO Factory Reset, there won't be a user or admin PW. The provision enable will be chosen as NO. So, your PAP2 will still be unlocked, secured, and can't be reach by other providers.
