The westell was kinda weak, its my second one, and many people put into bridge mode, and then use the wrt54g with different firmware- you can do alot of things. My buddy liked the possibilities thats all. I googled the sbg900 and didnt find to many peeps with problems and advised him. As far as logistical reasons well if that were to stop people then you wouldnt get half the problems and mess etc but then were is the fun in that.. (grins) anyway thank you for your time and input.
