I guess inspector is installer thats the terminology used by the order department, I told them I did'nt need an installer so she said well an inspector has to check it out.

Yes I agree if I pass cross-pol in manual I should pass in auto, it doesn't actually fail in auto it just says unable to establish satellite communications with operations center.
I think I might know why, but I could be wrong, I never had to give direcway my modem serial numbers or anything, I don't have a pin/san issued so maybe without that it wont
talk to the noc, maybe they have to enable the modem in the system somehow I don't know.
