I decided on new numbers but thought I would post this information from Lingo about porting your number away. It looks like you can port the Lingo number if you have had it for 30 days or more.

What if I want to transfer my Lingo number to another phone service provider?
You may transfer your Lingo phone number to another provider if you originally transferred it in to Lingo or if you have been a Lingo customer for more than 30 days. You need to request the transfer from your new service provider. Lingo will NOT automatically cancel your broadband phone service. You must contact Lingo Customer Care to cancel your account when the transfer is complete.
