Can you confirm that your email address ends with Wildblue.net? That would signify there is no intermediary in the middle because if there was a total wb.net email issue, there would be tons of posters here. Just curious if this may be in part due to an intermediary reseller....
Also, one thing, is your problem on simply not connecting? If so, make SURE you have your authentication in outlook or whatever email program you are using enabled. Another thought would be to log into your primary email account via the wb portal versus your email program and see if there is something wrong there.
