We all know companies over bill and double bill and nickle and dime and do whatever else they can to be profitable, but that doesn't mean we should just smile and ask for more.
At least someone understands my view. I really feel like most of the people who bashed me in this thread for complaining were either plants or employees of Comcast. I honestly don't understand how as a consumer one can rationalize this charge. Perhaps there should be some disclosure of employment or conflict of interest form associated with a users profile. Instead, I ended up getting humiliated for attempting to speak up as a consumer to what I feel was an unfair, unwarranted charge.
