The chances of the "hillbillies" knowing what it is are a lot better than the rural Chinese who don't even get electricity and running water where they live. The chances are better of them having the Internet because they have electricity and running water.
Then again, if you would take the time to visit America's Heartland and actually see how people live rather than throw out the elitist East Coast bias, you might actually know that. |

I live in Arkansas, and there are quite a few who have never heard of broadband, but a i think a majority of the people have heard of it but just dont want it because they are happy with their "easy to use" AOL. |

Hey don't stereotype the east coast we aren't all like that. There is however a severe dichotomy in information availability percentage wise in the heartland than the the coasts. The coasts have their share of ignorance problems though to. |

I was not stereotyping the East Coast. I love New York, I love to visit that city.
I'm just asking that some common courtesy get extended back to the sticks here, not all of those people are as dumb as you think. |
