Re: I am pissed off with knologyI installed my BellSouth DSL and it appeared that is what was expected. Knology never gave me that opportunity. Also, I don't remember the tech doing anything but driving up, asking where I wanted the cable, and he then installed it. Have no clue as to whether of not he popped a filter.
I have had no issues with the service, but the installation tech didn't connect the cable to the modem correctly and I had to have a service call within 24 hours of installation.
Other than throttling down the 5+ d/l speed I was getting, can't complain much about anything else. |
