Why is it, do you think, that they are coming out with vista when they have a perfectly good OS in XP (IF that is, they could finally patch all the holes in it after what? 4 YEARS?)?
It's because XP is mature and the revenue stream is falling off. I'm sure they got used to raking in that 1 BILLION a MONTH, year after year.
Just think: You lemmings will run right out and buy Vista and will be the first to experience the wonderfull world of the next generation of swiss cheese OS's.
I can hear the teeth gnashing and whining now. Sometimes I get the idea many "IT pros" aren't as smart as they think they are. Big surprise from what I see here a lot of times.
