Re: Preparing for FIOS installation

Currently everything is running from the structured media closet. From there I have Cat6 running to all the rooms in the house, Cat 3 to all the telephones, and RG-6 coax to most locations in the room (along with the signal amplification/distribution).

I have Cat6 via patch panel and 16-port switch. It's a large enclosure, not full yet (though haven't completed wiring).

Conduit of 2" may not work for me because I already sealed the side of the house with the new window.

If I can run 2 x Cat 5e or Cat6 and 2 x RG-6 (I have wire to the outside, this would be just fine for now, but I need to know ASAP because my builder has just cementing the area around the POTS box (which is outside of the house).
