PC gaming Tech → x1900 at 57 C IDLE... is that normal?

I'm posting on behalf of a friend of mine who owns a computer in which is installed an Asus ATI x1900 512MB video card. She has told me that the idle temperature of the card averages around 57 degrees Celsius- and that it rises up to 70 C under stress. It's been a while since I've owned an ATI card, and I understand this is a relatively high-end card... are those temps normal?

She has told me that the case has adequate airflow, and the card's cooling fan itself appears to be in good working order.

that's normal...on my x1800xt with an aftermarket coller it still idles at 50-55 depending on ambient temperature

My x1900XTX idles around 45C, 43 right now but its a little colder in my house. Stock cooler.
