--Just more reason that people need to watch what they are doing, or if the job canNOT be done safely with the power on, have it shut off. Something like that happened a few months back north of where I live, a contractor was doing work on the side of the road with a big auger thing diggging post holes or something and got the thing up into the power lines. The accident was not discover till many hours later when people went looking for him, after he did not show up from work. Dead on the scene. Power lines and heavy tall equipment do NOT MIX! |
