[Info] Where to find training software?

Does anyone know where I can find free training software? I want to record what I do on the desktop and speak on the microphone so I can train my co-workers how to use certain software.

I'm partial to Wink. It allows for screen captures, annotation, and will build either html or flash.

I tried using the program, but the quality is poor and it crashes when I try to view the executable recording.

For free, Wink is the only program I know of.
For cost, Techsmith's Camtasia or Adobe's Captivate are the pro tools you'll want to use. Neither are all that expensive. If this is for work and will help your coworkers productivity, surely you can get the company to buck-up for them?

I've used CamStudio.
