comments on review of Charter → What was your problem?

First of all was your problem RF related or was it a server problem? If you know so much about internet providers give us some info,ping times, transmiting levels,ect. Second of all get the correct company charter pipeline is not charter@home. Third inless you are next to the telepone sub station, your service will go down hill as soon as other customers become dsl subscribers. Next time do your research before you speek.

Charter216, do you work for Charter customer service or technical support? If not you should. You would fit in very nicely.

In his post the reviewer clearly and repeatedly states that he talking about charter@home. He never once uses or refers to Charter Pipeline--which by the way consistently overall gets the worse cable broadband ratings and reviews than any other national company except Adelphia.
