Who would even post 24? Youtube only accept 10 minute clips anyways. You would have to break it into 5 clips... just download it like everyone else.

A person get is his favorite tv series episode with his DVR on his Dish Network or DirecTV or Cable. Then, he put it on his PC and upload it for ppl who miss the show. the ppl able to d/l the show and able to watch it after they d/l the episode since they miss it.

isn't that illegal or legal since he finish watching the episode on tv as he put it on DVR to transferred to his PC to upload to Youtube for example.

In your example the user with the DVR *does not own* the License to distribute the media.
