Its slow here in Lockport, IL too! I am getting .5 megs. Typically get much more (3-4 megs). |

I did not state that they weren't allowed, but they are a part of a private network (Verizon/ Level 3), and as a matter of ethics, this could be considered a theft of sevice. As I have stated, they don't seem to care about the general public using them, otherwise they could easily prevent it.... |
