DNS ProblemsIs anyone having a problem resolving DNS for ViaTalk? Attempts to resolve www.viatalk.com and specific servers like chicago-1.vtnoc.net are failing for me. Is this wide spread or maybe a problem with my ISP?

yes just called them (from a POTS line) and I got "Lines are temporarily busy, please try again later 016" after several rings. When calling VM or their support from my VT line I just get silence. Also, I think the CP is down: » CP down? |

Incoming/outgoing calls fine on chicago-1.vtnoc.net. Control panel and customer service number and down though. |

Glad that it works that way I don't think it does, I think VT just changed the DNS info when they pulled the SJ-1 PBX. I've actually noticed sj-1 resolving to houston-1 some times when I ping it and houston-2 at other times. |
