I've had excellent support experiences with reps from India, the Phillipines, etc. as well as with
other geographic regions. I don't care where they live, as long as they devote the appropriate
attention to the situation.

About outsourced services, that accounts for some discontinuity in the presentation of the
websites. But the folks who work on it should still respond to requests. Larry
