I upgraded my 4300 with 1.8 lately.
I have to say that with an overall good feeling about it I have some annoying troubles :
1°) I wanted to change all the passwords related to the router for that occasion but each time I changed the administration password the 4300 doesn't seem to recognize the new one. It lets me modify it but when I try to login again I'm rejected. I had to reset default parameters to get the access back. So for the moment I'm stuck with my old password (not the default one) and I don't like the idea of not being able to change it. First I wanted to add some ascii char (þ“☻) inside it but even with simple alphanumerical char it doesn't work. My actual password is alphanumerical with a symbol, I don't know why I can't change it anymore. Anyone else having this issue?
2°) Quite the same issue with WPA2 passphrase : doesn't work with ascii char (þ“☻) but do work with special char (+*/-%µ$) has anyone be able to set a WPA2 with ascii char?
Except that I'm quite happy with it event if my dream of seeing jumbo frame implemented on this box is fading away updates after updates...
