Re: I love FiOS except for 2 things.....I'm not getting in to a pissing match about why we have it and some one else doesn't. But Central NJ has always had SNY via Comcast. That's why verizon was forced to make a new "central NJ Mercer County" lineup. To compete. This market is 1/2 way between both NY and Philly hence the availability of both feeds. You think you're pissed now. During football season it's great because we get both the NY and Philly feeds! On doubleheader weeks it's really awesome.
Anyway, back to my original thought. Two different VZ reps now tell me SNY HD has been removed from the lineup. Yet I can still tune to the channel. I can still see it in my guide. It does not say "subscription blah blah or channel not available blah blah". It just doesn't show anything. Black pic and no sound. To the folks in Mercer who say they have it. Is it possible you were watching this weekend as the Mets were actually on CW11 HD. So yes, even I was able to watch them in HD. |

andreseng,
Thank you for your patience. I do have some good news in regards to SNY HD. The problem appears to be at the VSO serving your area. I believe we've isolated the problem and it's just a matter of time before we get this resolved. I have been working with our Video Network group and I hope to have this resolved quickly. Thanks again for your patience.
Sincerely,
Gustavo
I GOT TO WATCH SNY HD LAST NIGHT!!!! GUSTAVO strikes again!!! |
