Just because it works, doesnt mean it works well.
At the end of the loop the s/n ratio is on the margin and interference can knock you off the net easier.

Yes at 9k feet, which I still claim. The loop is 10k feet here between the CO and the RT. I am at 9k+.

What is your point?? Once you hit the RT you are off DSL and onto the fiber trunk (or what ever means they hooked the RT up)..

At 9K your going to get 6meg or dam near close and you upstream will be just fine..

If it's that simple, why did my DSL downstream rate get cut in half, from 6 Mbps to 3 when I moved from 9000' from the CO to 11,000'?
