The DL manager mentioned was posted here previously as dwFPT and dwHTTP. They already use the data gathered by the hnFAPMonService, so all the recent canges to the service already work with the old DL managers. Once I'm done with the telnet fix, I will get the DL Managers (they are still Beta) available on the same download page where hnFAPMon is available.
I finally found the crash problem with the new code to stop the telnet access to the modem, and have come up with a workaround. (The real fix will take much more work. It's involved in the core code. The workaround is good for now. The complete fix will probably not appear until the next major [V5.0] release)
Expect to see the new version with the ability to disable telnet in a few hours.
I may also have a way to set the initial bucket size (I'm still looking at that)
