I have the Directtv HD TIVO Modle right before they ditched Tivo. Do I need this BBC converter also to get the new channels?

For HD DVR Receiver Model H20 & HR20 Only:

The HR10-250 is not an MPEG-4 box and will need to be replaced with the HR20 to receive the new HD channels in September. I am waiting to upgrade to the HR20 as I love the HD Tivo and I'm not a big fan of the HR20, although it is getting better with the software updates.

Do I need a new dish for mpeg-4 or are the current ones all the same? I like my hd's as they are now but we have a standaerd Def tivo in the living room thats not in High Def but on a high def TV so I am going to buy myself a new one and give them the old

I have the HR10-250. I'm waiting untill the last min to upgrade.
