anon posted : I signed up for Teleblend from Brazil, where I had my Sunrocket working just fine. When it went down, it never came back, not only a dialtone. I got charged by Teleblend, and despite repeated attempts to speak with them, and filing numerous reports on their site, never got any response. So finally I had my credit card company block them. I still have had nor reply, and now we can't even get any way to write them on the new site. What to do? I want my number back!

anon posted : Stay the f*** away from Teleblend. It has all the trappings of a scam. I signed up with them on a monthly basis. The service totally sucks, you can not get anyone to answer their phone and it is impossible to cancel the service. I have tried to cancel for three months via email and they continue to bill my credit card. Take a look at their "website" there is no option for cancellation of the account!

Save your money and sanity, look elsewhere!

anon posted : Telebrand is a rip off. Once signed on you can never disconnect there service. The website has no provision for cancellation less any thing else. When you call you are told to wait for a rep and you just wait and wait 7 , 8 9 minutes during one of my calls. Three months and still cannot cancel. I am about to change my credit card number to stop payments. One more thing my number has not worked since I contacted them for service last August 2007.

anon posted : Signed with Teleblend after the first 'we're going down" Sunrocket email - figured seamless transition would be a good thing. 2 days afterward, the virtual number we had for my wife's business, which is heavily dependent on phone calls to set appointments, stopped working completely. Needless to say my irritation with the sudden lack of any feature set at all paled in comparison to this. First CS call - "will be resolved in 48 to 72 hours". Second CS call 3 days later - "hmmm.... he didn't put any notes in the system..we're supposed to put notes in the system..it looks like someone removed your area code for this number..is that something you did?" Me - politely - "why the &@$ would I do that?" Left at "should be an easy fix - 48 to 72 hours". Blood pressure rising but decided to give them one last opportunity while watching my wife's cell bill go through the roof. Third - and last - CS call three days later - "might take up to 30 days to fix". After I not-so-calmly asked why I'd been told 48 to 72 hours by 2 different people in the past week how & why it could have suddenly morphed into 30 days, the rep actually got angry and said that the people dealing with these problems are working night & day, never leave the office, don't see their families, POW'S apparently. Perhaps all this should have been thought of before you people decided to take this task on, I asked? Why would you for one minute think any customer would care to hear about anything like that? What kind of customer service department is this? Silence..then click. Unbelievable.

I switched to another provider immediately..

PS on Teleblend - after my number was ported to VOIP & I advised them to cancel my service - I tried to log in to their "web site", was denied, & figured I was done with them forever - until I noticed the charge on my Discover Card. Somehow, someone there reactivated my account, enrolled me in their auto bill pay service, & charged me in early Sept. This is beyond the bounds of the comic ineptitude of a lousy company - it's fraud, plain & simple. Discover is investigating, & in the meantime I logged in to my mysteriously reopened account & sent 3 trouble tickets detailing the problem. All were summarily closed by Teleblend without response. The kicker (as if more is needed)? They charged my Discover Card AGAIN, just today.

Anyone reading this that's still with Teleblend, all I can say is, your day will come.

anon posted : I had basic service when I switched to Teleblend, although Caller ID wasn't working correctly. It worked fine for a couple months...then no incoming calls. I've submitted numerous tickets, vmails, long hold times (all no response back). After a week I finally got hold of a person who told me IT is backlogged and maybe Monday or Tuesday of next week they'll get around to looking at my ticket. 6 days down so far...
