Wildblue accounting problemsMy credit card was charged yesterday for a service call to perform "General Investigation" at midnight tonight.. I called WB and waited on the phone for 45 minutes to get the issue resolved. They had no idea how it happened, had no records of any problem, no notes, nothing...
So watch your credit cards and check your email often... The Wildblue accounting servers are hungry for your money... |
