Fascinating! My 516v6 is now a 536! I used firmware ZZQ2AA6.2H5.bli from www.electronicbox.net and the standard upgrade wizard.

6.2.T is for release very soon

Wow, that's exactly what i intended to post at 1st
but mine had the XP look!  It's right, the support
for v7.2.0.8.0 doesn't exist yet in 'DMT' but i've
shown that there's no problem with future versions
in 'OrbMT', provided that Thomson won't attempt to
cripple their FirmWare any further.  It only needs
a minor patch, i'm pretty sure that Amatt plans to
include this one in the next release on which he's
actually working.  It's a matter of weeks at most.

to try the "allowUntestedFWversion" parameter!!!

My fingers are crossed!  I Rebooted/Resynchronized the
unit to clear all of my counters:  i've got quiet periods
but i also have burst which cancel such good statistics
so it usually takes a few days before my opinion is set.

I have to say that this firmware is much better. The SNR is higher: it's around 11, while with the previous, it was at 8 SNR.

Now we need the v7 CLI bible...

I also noticed a better Downstream with this firmWare. SNR does not change as DSLAM are configured to give you 6db down and 7 db for upload. Gain is around 300 Kbps at peak hours.

Here is a screen shot after 11 hours without any reset or re-syncro. Latest DMT does not provide all informations but you can see the modem is still at 6db and 7 db at peak hours (now 12h33 Pm in Paris.
This firmWare seems much stable than the UK I was using previously.
With my line and attenuation I can't reach (I am far) the 8192 -1024 from my ISP.
