Since they are part of the OOL population, yes.

The 8000+ club normally gets 1MB on the OOL FTP test. I'd guess that less then 10% of the entire OOL population get 8000+ speeds. I'd say even on OOL, less then 1/2 of the folks here get it, but I'd also guess DSLR forum participants are an insignificant number of OOL subscribers.

Think about it....I'm sure that WAY less than 10% of the OOL population gets 1MB. I'm not sure what percentage even has tweaked there RWIN at all. That might only be 10%.
