Okay, so heres the story... About 2-3 weeks ago I started getting very bad latency spikes so, I contacted verizon direct BUT, they want me to get information to show to the CO so they can fix it. Using their methods I can't get results that show the problem as it is rather unpredictable as to when the spikes are going to happen... The spikes are making games unplayable, websites load slow or fail to load at all... It seems to me that the spikes happen when more bandwidth is being used, such as playing on Xbox Live. How can I get verizon to fix it?
