How do you figure that?
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Where in there did it say "AT&T" or "businesses"?

No, no, no ... I don't know what that "Congress shall make no law..." gobbly-gook is about. I've heard about 'freedom of speech' and I have it, so I can say anything I want and there's no repurcussions.

The "abridging freedom of speech" part could arguably fall under this, but okay. Laws can't spell out every possible wrong thing you do, common sense is required. Not everyone seems to be capable of it, though.

Constitution or not, this is stupid. I don't know why anyone would get service from AT&T.

Does that same common sense apply to me coming over to your house and applying my extended dance remix version of freedom of speech to screaming at the top of my lungs while you try to sleep?

I hope you are kidding... I didn't see a " ".

But if you believe that try telling your boss to go f*** himself next time he upsets you.

Yell "Fire" in a subway so that people will run out of your way.

Or even tell your wife that the pants do in fact make her butt look big.

Look at ATT trying to get a free pass from the Government because of giving NSA info without going through proper channels.

AT&T Want Arbitration
New report finds outfits almost always rule against you...

As we've recently mentioned, both AT&T and Comcast were slapped down by the courts for trying to include language in your terms of service that would limit your legal rights. Both companies tried to force consumers to take place in arbitration instead of having their grievances heard in a court of law.

---------------------------------------

Sounds like ATT wants to re-write the laws of the land.

LOL What stupidity.

They own the FCC (mister martin)

They want everyone to eat out of there greedy fat fat hands.

As if they don't already have enough money and power controling most of the US as the #1 ranked as far as customers served carrier.

Hah.. Needs more competition.

No more mergers to control people and shut them up.

ATT runs and acts like it is a government.

They need to be busted like Microsoft was anti-trust ... no freedom of choice until cable came around and started offering people choices.

This all sucks.
