Digital Imaging and Photography → [Tech] Voigtlander 125/2.5 APO-Lanthar

Anybody has used this lens and can tell me of its build and image quality ?

I've never used it - I've heard nothing but good things about it, except maybe the weight.

I'm thinking of trying to find on of these, or the Vivitar Series 1 90mm

I almost bought one but decided if I get a telephoto prime, I'd rather get something closer to 200mm. I also wanted faster than the 180 f/4.

It's supposed to be very well built and provide very high image quality. Don't know this personally, though. Also, AFAIK, it's purely manual focus but has the right contacts to allow auto aperture. (ccallana 's link shows it does...)
