Is the Picture Quality better with the Tivo than the Motorola DVR? It seems that the Motorola does not have "pass-thru" to allow my TV to do the upconvert to 1080p. The Tivo allows pass-thru.

Also...does anyone know when the M cable cards are coming out from Verizon?

I have a Samsung 61" 1080p DLP TV. I have not noticed any difference in PQ between my Motorola DVR and my TiVoHD w/ cable cards (I have both hooked up right now). The only issue I had was that I had to set the TiVo to one of the "conversion" settings (ie: not just native passthrough) because the Samsung wouldn't take 480i content over the HDMI port.
