Hardware sales? Is that a joke? He really thinks people are buying iPods BECAUSE they can download NBC shows? What a self-important ass that man is! The iPod was a success LONG before NBC started offering downloads. I've been using an iPod in one form or another since the thing came out, and have yet to download ONE tv show.
