I received these "bad recording" messages too.

My Name Is Earl and some others.

Customer service says "we've never heard of anyone having this problem before." All I have to say is "F!".

If I could hook up Tivo right away I would, but I am dreading having to call in to order the cable cards. I shouldn't keep procastinating.

Why does Verizon encourates its customer service representatives to lie to its customers. That's pathetic.

It's either that or admit to the customer that they have no idea what they're doing.

I hate, hate, hate watching things on my computer but Verizon is turning it into a regularity. Fortunately there internet works much better then there DVR's.
