Your right, something isn't right, and I'm not sure of the problem. It has to do with limiting MSS, and if the MTU is set too high, the MSS is going to set itself to 536. As a result, right now the largest packet will be 536. Lower the MTU!

Kinguni *must* be right in concept. Something is setting his NIC to the default - but wouldn't that be an MTU of 576? That would give him a largest ICMP packet of 548.

But this would have to appear on his Tweak test result also! If the card is locked onto 576, both tests should show it...

Strange...
