Re: Solution for Bandwidth/Unlimited... and better Premium too!

I would do a little research if I were you about Look. There are also other DSL alternatives that have good reputations that are still unlimited for $30. You may want to consider those if Teksavvy is not for you.

Dave: Look is $39 for unlimited, you may want to look into Electronic Box. I think they're $35/mth for unlimited, they also have a good reputation.

I'd have suggested Velcom a while ago, but they were having some capacity issues a while back.

Anyone dealing in a new type of business is bound to have problems. Specially a business experiencing rapid growth.

We also rely on information provided to us by Bell to forecast how our expansion will occur. Also "consistently messing up" is harsh words specially if the person doesnt know true facts behind what was happening.

We tried to expedite the process as quickly as possible. Anyone conducting business with Bell Canada would know that their timeframe to have an installation completed is VERY VERY long. We are already contacting Bell again for another upgrade. We are not experiencing congestion right now but we want to be prepared so it will not happen again.

Here is some minor details on how Bell works:

For example we had our 1GB circuit installation on a certin date. We were so excited that we were finally out of the congestion we were experiencing. They came back to us the following day to tell us it's not 100% completed. I don't think my rep liked the earful I gave her.

But all in all without knowing fine details, making assumptions isn't fair.

But as Matt mentioned not trying to hijack this thread but state our side of a bad remark made against us.

In that case, my apologies. I won't comment further negatively on the subject.

Some Velcom customers, I understand, solved the problems themselves, by getting secondary logins from other ISPs during the congestion. But why should these customers, paying you for an expected quality of service, have to put out their own money for this?

These logins were provided by us.
