<description><![CDATA[scottwn posted : It took me two attempts over a couple weeks and frustration with Charter to try the second time but I have it in the Birmingham area.  1.5mbit/256kbit service for $37.95 ($32.95 for DSL and $5 for the dry loop).  Still cheaper and faster than Charter's "5mbit" service I had.]]></description>
