I have had the same line stats since Max Sync kicked in over a year ago. My speeds have been great until about a week ago and its behaving just like it did last year when there was some kind of capacity issue. It was better this morning (testing ok at 6mb), but tonight its back down to 2.1mb again. As far as I know, there are no electrical issues in my home or near me.
