AT&T Responds To Outage → AT&T Southeast Outage

Yes the outage had me confused last night also, Kept thinking it was something I downloaded over the weekend that messed up my dsl connection. After 2 hours of basic troubleshooting (eliminating the wireless router). Rebooting computers and dsl modem, router still nothing was happening. Decided problem must be on the other end not mine, called DSL support and all I got was "ALL CIRCUITS ARE BUSY PLEASE TRY YOUR CALL LATER". This is unacceptable to me for a phone company to post such a message. They could at least post a canned message saying the
DSL network is down and to try again later. I know things happen as if the router froze but let us know this before we start tinkering with our own settings thinking the problem is on our end.
