Re: U-VERSE ping gone bad

I saw the same issues. I got nowhere when talking to ATT. They said, does the service work? Are you getting the advertised speeds? And then they told me to go pound sand. I moved back to dry dsl and pings moved back lower also. I had a ping monitor setup then and you could see plan as day when I changed back. I wish I would have gotten some screenshots of it.

The direct forum will still not touch the question. I believe they know it is a problem but are dodging it.. Will keep you all informed

You just posted in Direct today. Give them some time, generally three or so days and they will reply. They also do not generally work weekends.

It is almost too late to do it now, but I know if you put U-verse in the title somewhere David will probably pick it up and take care of you.

You can also get in touch with David direct by following the instructions here: »www.uverseusers.com/comp ··· id,david. He has requested that a call to the U-verse line (1-800-288-2020) be made first before you try contacting him though. I don't know what good calling in will do when they will do almost everything to put the problem on your side of the fence, but it is worth a shot.
