tweak test that I ran shows good. Would anything here show why it will not download the whole page. Leaves a big rectangle square with a red X on yahoo where mail and all the other choices are. It does it on other pages as well.

You are tweaked so that isn't it. If you haven't done IE repair I would give that a shot. I have had my share of problems with 98 and IE 6 but nothing that IE Repair couldn't fix.
