how apathetic (aka stupid) customers really may be to fall for it..

Some will leave, most wont, 250GB is way above the average persons usage. Remember a bellcurve, everyone on DSL Reports is the flat line at the far left. Canada has caps in the 10s of GB and there are no complaints among average users.
