Cisco → [H/W] RAM/Flash upgrade for an 871

I am looking to purchase more RAM and flash for my 871, and was wondering which place offered the best bang for the buck. So far, I have found two big ones, memory ten, and PCW and was wondering which people recommended. Thanks!

though the Flash Module is harder to find.

There was a guy on Ebay selling Flash modules. I contacted him directly after his auctions had ended to see if he had any more. I took a chance and sent him the money for a 32MB flash chip and I'm as happy as can be. The chip used is an actual Intel Strata-Flash that official Cisco memory uses, it's just that the guy machines them onto the board at his own shop. It cost me 56 bucks plus shipping.

I've used Kingston KVR133X64C3L/128 successfully with the 870 series. The SDRAM has to be low profile - see Forum FAQ.
