Narrow band hose clamps?

Anyone know of a source of narrow band? 1/4 inch hose clamps that I could use in place of a u-bolt to mounting to irregular/square pipes? Tower legs?

Im open to suggestions, something that could be as large as 4-5 inches round/square?

I think this would work fine. But instead of trying to find narrow clamps just drill the holes out a bit more.

I would use a DSS arm with extra long U bolts or a backer plate. That way you can standoff and plumb it at the same time.

my problem is some upcoming stuff I have to mount to, is too big for a u-bolt, and/or not round, (tower legs 150 feet up so I need "ease of installation" for climber), so Im looking to just strap it to the tower using holes in the enclosure (not for mounting/aiming antennas), basically a steel stronger version of a cable tie!

lol

!Yea!!

Ive never seen them before. Are they strong enough to pull tight to something like you can with a hose/gear clamp?

I'm not sure but they do make them

Here are some stainless ones I found with a quick search. From the looks of applications they seem to be quite strong.

DSS mounting bases have several holes with different spacing so you can in fact use U-bolts with wider spacing. You can also use regular bolts and a backer plate. You can also use J-bolts and short lengths of chain.

There is a company that makes pole mounting for signs and signal lights and they have brackets with bolt mounts for signs etc. Band-it Brack-its is the name but I don't know any suppliers but just something I found in passing from mounting suggestions for some of our equipment

Band-it and Panduit also make stainless cable ties. Works better than hose clamps. But I think you need the tensioning tool to get them super tight. Also need shears if you want to remove them!

I checked with my supplier and you can get Thomas & Betts stainless ties as well.

Andrews makes these as well. I have a few boxes of them and could get the part number off of them.

What is the hole spacing?
What are the pole dimensions?
