What fixed yours? They told me to power cycle, and still no inbound. Outbound OK.
Shows registered, but CP still shows beta.
Going to try again, then another call to support.

i changed it a few times. power cycled router and ata. still no good. then changed it again without power cycle and it "took." CP now shows chicago-9 and incoming/outgoing working.

On the phone again, with Steve. Had me change to Houston-1a, still no go. For some reason, their config is not changing me back. Sent to the engineers for support.
Bad thing is failover not working also...

Did anything else change in your network? It seems weird that the adapter isnt working, and also isnt able to pick up the new config. Try picking up the phone, hitting ****, then type 110#.

Thanks for the chime in, Brendan.
Nothing changed on my network. The ATA would show registered, and I could make calls, just not get them in.
Not sure what was done on your end, but it is now operational, and I can change servers. I changed back to chicago-1i, from the houston.
Like my OP in this thread, was hoping that the Beta would solve my 20 minute drops. Not sure if I was experiencing isolated issues with the Beta, because I am BYOD, or if it is not geared for that setup yet.
Either way, I am back operational. Thanks to Steve at ViaTalk support.

BTW... I have a static route to my ATA based on the MAC, and it is in the DMZ.
