Who do I contact to report an outage? The sprint cell tower (about a block from my house) is not working, I'm not getting a signal on any of my phones. I called customer service, they gave me the run around, called the water company (the antenna is on the water tower), didn't get anywhere.
It went down yesterday, I just got done "chatting" with a rep on sprint's website, the rep reported the outage to the engineers (at least that is what she said).
