Re: [Connectivity] Uploading web pages to 1&1 always fails..

I've been uploading files to a couple of 1&1 servers with no problem for some time now - more than a year, actually. Just got done uploading about 100 MB worth of files, as a matter of fact. OTOH, I don't use Frontpage - this is all via FTP. Maybe try saving your work and uploading it that way?

Yeah FTP works without issue but I'm using sharepoint extensions and with 1&1 servers you can't have both FTP & sharepoint active at the same time. The strange part is, when I change my connection to my DSL line it works fine and that DSL connection is running through a MS ISA server while the comcast is running through a linksys.

You could try establishing a WebDAV connection and uploading your work that way:

This is a workaround at best, though. I don't use FrontPage, Sharepoint, or Windows servers in general, so I don't have much to offer in the way of practical advice. Can't imagine why it would be a problem, though.

Thanks for the link/info.
I'm not so much concerned with the Frontpage aspect of it just as to why it works with one connection (DSL) and not with HSI (comcast). I have multiple connections here at my home, DSL, HSI and soon FIOS. My job requires that I have at least two ways to connect so that' the reason I have multiple connections.
