ISPs → T1 Quote for ISP in Virginia

Need a quote for a 1.5 or 3 Mb connection for a ISP. Embarq is the current telco in the area.

The automated systems are showing about $550/month for a single T1, and about $1150/month for a double T1, with router and free install, 3 year term. I can get some interesting pricing, but another carrier in that area won't do wholesale type quotes for anonymous companies with XXXX in phone number. You should not post the full phone number in these quote requests, and in most areas I don't need the full phone number.

I have several providers that appear to service that area. The one that I'd recommend runs between $540 - $580 per month depending on whether or not you need a router.
