Comcast customer satisfaction at all time low - J.D. Power

a recently published survey by J.D. Power & Associates shows that Comcast customer satisfaction is ranked at all all time low among its 9 biggest competitiors, including dead last in the northeast.

they suck everywhere. I just got off the phone with Comcast CSR because CNN HD keeps pixelating and the problem is still occurring.

Perhaps if they got a billing system that didn't screw up changes of service... every time I change service they manage to screw it up somehow. Plus I think they charge installs two times on purpose, many people simply don't read their bill and just pay it. More than once they have charged me twice for a change of service when a truck roll is required, and they do not hesitate at all to remove the 2nd duplicate charge, saying it was a "mistake". Uh huh. Sure it was.

IMO it's not the CSR on the phone's fault my area is so far behind in HD channels, they screwed up my bill, etc so personally I feel I don't need to raise my voice and get all angry at them. I'll even tell them I'm not happy but that I understand it is not their fault personally.

Fewer linear channels than satellite or FiOS, monopoly corporate attitude, equipment that breaks frequently. Throw in the fact that they're raising prices during a time when people are suffering and you get a bad opinion of a company.

Comcast embodies what people hate about corporate America - poor service and price gouging.

Comcast customer service is so bad, that I honestly believe it would improve if they outsourced it to India. It's that bad IMO.

1. There reps are rude.
2. Cablecards, they cant get them to work in under 6 tries
3. Pixelation.
4. Attitude of employees, how dare you ask for something.

i could go on for hours, but comcast doesnt care.

Yeah I'm getting Choice Xtra HD DVR Plus with Sports Pack. and free HBO, Starz and Showtime for 3 months! I can't wait!

I have the same package it is great enjoy the wonder of True HD not COMPRESSIONCAST. It is truely wonderful to watch almost every single channel in HD.

Well therye still 1080i and not 1080p but thats not DTV's fault I guess. Apparently no provider or broadcaster has linear channels in 1080p yet and its my understanding they won't for a few more years. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

No station Broadcasts in 1080P, and they won't for a long time. These stations just upgraded their equiptment to 720p/1080i.
