Netflix Streaming Hits TiVo → ISP Caps

Why should the ISP's be afraid? They would just modify caps on the Internet.

i feel sorry ror those that have caps on there service. you just cant do anything with your internet anymore but get a few movies and surf that sucks im just happy that im with verizon fios

the first ISP to work out a deal with Netflix would be genius. basicly a good thing would be that connecting to netflix would not impact your caps.

And thus breaking network neutrality. It would be the beginning of ISP's going for a walled garden approach and they would slowly drag us down into another AOL situation.
